Valued Property Solutions project managed the full upgrade of the Kitchen, bathroom & ensuite makeover, internal & external painting, landscaping, revamping the front fence and gates & furniture fit out which allowed our client to see the full potential of the property ready for sale?
Commercial Refurbishment
This project presented itself to Valued Property Solutions and it was very clear from the start that it would be a challenging project as the building is spread over 6000 square metres. The scope of works was to revitalise a twenty three year old self storage business and give it some street appeal. Working closely with our client It was agreed that the major refurbishment took a staged approach due to the size. With stage one nearing completion Valued Property Solutions is also proud to call part of the building home as we have set up office on the ground floor of the business centre.
Golden Square Refurbishment
VPS worked with there client to bring this property back to life & see it full potential. This property lent itself to a 2 Lot Subdivision so VPS project managed the subdivision along with internal & external painting of the existing house, construction of new fencing, landscaping, internal floor coverings & full furniture fit out ready for the open market.
